🚨🚨🚨 A non refundable £15 deposit is required when booking, this will be deducted from the total cost. The remainder of your amount must be paid by cash. If you choose to pay with debit card there will be a $3 processing fee added on. 🚨🚨🚨 It is essential that you are mascara/eye make-up free and your eyelashes are squeaky clean. • Avoid using oil based moisturisers around your eyes before your appointment. • Please avoid drinking caffeine before your appointment. • I strongly suggest avoiding wearing low ponytails/buns to your appointment as it can cause discomfort during your service. 🚨🚨🚨 If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do so up to 48 hours before your scheduled time via your confirmation email using the 'Change/Cancel Appointment' button. • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will not require a new deposit. • No shows will be charged 50% of the remaining balance and banned from booking again. If you’re going to be late please notify me via text. After being more than 5 mins late there will be a $5 late fee charge added to your service. After being 15 minutes or more will result in cancellation with a fee £10 to re-book. 🚫 Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any extra guests at your appointment. Please do not bring any extra guests. 🚫 No public restrooms. Please use have rest break before appointment. • Please note that after your appointment you have a 72hr grace period to let us know of any concerns with your lashes, which will be happily fixed for free if needed! Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. iKandy Beauty Bar has a 25% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify iKandy Beauty Bar at (251) 513-0205 or novamccants@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
